To all our friends attending KidsFest! 2020 in Hong Kong:
Unfortunately, due to the current ongoing coronavirus situation in Hong Kong, we have taken the decision, with the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, to cancel all remaining KidsFest! 2020 performances.
The safety and well-being of our audience, cast and crew are our utmost priority which means performances of the following titles will not take place:
Mr Men & Little Miss (30 Jan-2 Feb)
The Snail and the Whale (6-9 Feb)
The Gruffalo’s Child (7-9 Feb)
Dr Bunhead’s Blast-off (14-16 Feb)
Dinosaur Zoo (14-16 Feb)
Stick Man (21-23 Feb)
Peter Pan: Underneath A Magical Moon (20-23 Feb)

All patrons who purchased tickets via HK Ticketing can apply for a full refund subject to the following refund procedure.
Tickets Purchased by CREDIT CARD
Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 45 working days counting from 10 February 2020.
Tickets Purchased by CASH – updated Feb 11
- Please bring along the current tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours from 13 February 2020 to 12 March 2020 to process a refund.
- Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 11am – 7pm and closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday
- An immediate full refund in cash will be made at the Box Office counter upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form with current ticket(s). The ticket holders must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.
- Any Cash Refund requests received after 12 March 2020 will not be processed.
